Mid-week I heard Herbie say “Clemson is the best team”

Last night, he had us #4. Anybody hear him talk about his rationale for dropping us 3 spots? If we are truly the best, it doesn’t really matter, as long as we are in the top 4. Just curious. Maybe #4 is his projection of where the CFP committee will put us, as opposed to his projected finish at season’s end.

Resume says 4th in his eyes. That doesn't mean he doesn't still feel we have the best team in the country.

He also qualified that with "if everyone is healthy". So I agree with where he has us right now.

Resume' vs Eye test

His eyes tell him we are the best overall team... total Resume' he has OU #1. A win at OhSt and wins over TCU and Okst, its not a crazy argument. Our win over Au looks really good now but Louisville isnt a big win anymore and VT will likely drop out of the top 25.

It doesnt matter anyway... Just get in.
