Miami AD and Rad

they have no AD but they have a football coach. given this they appear to be trying to hire another schools coach. They have approached Rad about being AD but will hire the coach first. I know they are offering huge money to Rad but this way of doing business stinks and he should be wary of these jokers.

He operates similarly at times on smaller scale of course. He will be fine.
