Player breaks a rule and instead of suspension we dismiss him from the team on good terms so he can transfer out and play elsewhere. Ogundeko hasn't been developing the way the coaches expected

Hate to hear this but if he has been dismissed. Something bad has happened. Dabo does not dismiss from team on grades as that can be changed I would think. It has to be team violations of some kind. They must have had a good meeting in order for EO to post what he has.
