The big picture

While nobody is thrilled with the start of this season, it might be a good time to step back, take a breath and take stock. Are we really bashing our coaching staff and program right now? The same folks who have coached in 3 of the last 5 national championship games winning two of them? It's like some guy in a long term relationship with Cindy Crawford saying "yea she's pretty and rich, but her lipstick color is not quite right." Things could be much, much worse. Our coach could be Dave Doeren.

what, being 1-2?
I mean, we can ask Oklahoma or Notre Dame how they would take a win in the CFP. Its better than Jawja has done.
The one that hurt the most was 2015 IMO... but we got out foxed when our guys were fighting harder.

The last 2 appearances may have been poor showings, but there are over 100 other teams that would love to be there in our place.
Do not get me wrong, I want to win every game by a wide margin. However, I remember as a student watching the Tigers lose to UVA for the first time. I watched us give up an 11 point lead to Ga Tech with less than 2 minutes to go in Death Valley. I was in the Gator Bowl when Syracuse killed us in the rain. I thought Matt Ryan would never graduate from BC. And we all watched the coots beat us 5 in a row.
I bring up all the horrible memories to remind us that we are living the glory years of Clemson football right now. We had good years in the 80s, but nothing to this degree. We are now a top 5 program. The achievements of our team match the expectations of the fans for the most part and this was not always the case.
There was a time when the ACC Championship was out of reach. Now it might as well be placed on our schedule each year.
This year has not started off as expected, but we have a new group of players on offense that need some time. I remember in 2016 when Troy almost beat us.
Fact is we are 2-1 with a lot of goals left to be achieved with this team. This offense will get better week in and week out.
If some of our fans cannot enjoy this journey, they need look no farther than FSU. They were one of the most dominant programs in college football for 2 decades. Now they are a train wreck with no real end in sight.
Enjoy the games. Cheer your butts off. Wear the colors with pride. Let our coaches do what they do best.

and continuing to make poor dietary choices and being unwilling to exercise more.
It’s great that she used to be attractive and in good shape, but at some point the reality that she is now obese has to be accepted.
Plus, there has to be an awareness that she isn’t going to return to her ideal weight without some significant changes.

Oh come on Judge.
When we are sitting 8-4 or 7-5 and third in the Atlantic for 8+ years you have a point. We have had one grinder of a loss and a ugly win. No a fat chick yet.
