Medical Tents

Just a couple of years ago we saw the creation of "medical tents " on every team's sideline. Since every team has this I presume that it's a mandate from the NCAA. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this change?

They are to keep the tv cameras off the player being treated. Not sure whether that is a HiPPA thing since technically their medical care could be broadcast on live tv or whether it teams don’t want the opponent to know from tv how badly injured a player is.

And it’s a lot more convenient for players to go in there to pee than to go all the way to the locker room.
