With the news of DRad possibly going to Miami, threads are going about Dabo coming to OU and “owning the SEC with his right hand man Brent Venables”.

Or…Dabo may leave and go to Alabama now and that leaves Venables available to come to OU.

It’s a slow Friday and the PAC 12 game sucks, nothing on TV, so this is some good entertainment with a good drink.

It's hilarious. But the credible sources essentially say AD wants to interview fickle. See what happens, then make a decision possibly over the weekend or first of next week. Definitely sounds like Luke and Brent. And it also sounds like Brent really wants it. We could see a ton of changes this off season if DRad goes too.

How could people be saying how bad Brent Venables wants the job at OU, when not one single person can come up with any evidents that BV has even talked to OU about the job. This BV BS gets funnier every day with people just saying the first thing that comes to mind only bc BV was once the OC/CoOC at OU. Link the links where BV has talked to anybody about the OC HC job, or else it's just people guessing what BV does or doesn't want, said or hasn't said!!!!

I haven’t seen anything that anyone on this side says Brent wants the OU job. Sure he would seriously think about it but does he want to jump in his first Head Coaching job with the mess that is left of the OU Football Program? According to what we read and seen everything at OU has been poached. Not a good start.
