I personally think that, thus far, this has been Dabo’s best year of coaching. Replacing both coordinators, the improvements at QB, the injuries, the schedule, all have been handled in a first class way and our Tigers remain at the top. Many experts said the Tigers would drop from the national rankings. Hasn’t happened has it???? Support this team of Tigers.

I don't disagree at all. I think he has done a marvelous job this year as well as the assistants.

It may be, but I'm going with last year. Regardless of this year or last I think it's safe to say anyone who doubted Dabo's coaching ability can STHU after these two seasons.

I don't totally disagree except that the first 3 games were nothing but warmups and we were projected as Playoff team preseason to begin with. There is still too much resentment and blame on DJU for year when in reality, he played with backups the half of the year that we lost games. Yes DJU has improved but so has his O line and receivers. Our defense made a huge stride Saturday against the best team we will play this year so hopefully the future is bright.

I think it was last year
with all the injuries and having to plug and play around that situation and still manage to win 10 games. And an 2OT loss on the road from being in the conversation about playoff. It was tough for the team to live through and we were not happy as fans but in retrospect we accomplished a lot with all the problems surrounding the program.
The staff changes were like putting new tires on the ROY bus.
Let go get it!

I sincerely apologize for that sinful remark. I’m such a compassionate guy I just hate to see them lose every time they open the gates to that dump they all a stadium. I should no better so please don’t hold this against me!

He has let Wes know when he needs to ratchet up the D and make sure the players know that their play is not acceptable.
He called and drew up that bootleg TD run by DJ to help Streeter out with the play calling in the red zone.
He is not mincing words in the press conferences. When a player messes up, he says they messed up. Tough love 101.

He didn’t draw up the play. The play is in the play book. They had not practiced the play. They walked through it during the time out and the offense executed it at a high level.

Still not halfway through the season but don’t disagree he and the staff have done a great job this season and over the off-season, esp with DJ and improvement on the OL. Appreciate the acknowledgment of the job he’s done so far. Go Tigers!

I agree thus far…. if the rest of the season goes the way it appears to be headed I will be right there with you. Can’t give out any awards after 5 games. Got a long way to go and I’m looking forward to every play of it.
