Thank you Skeeta56. That was a heartfelt post you made under the Bresee thread.

You my friend are a Clemson man and family through and through. We all have so much to be blessed for. Just the mere fact we can follow Clemson sports is a true blessing. As well as having you and so many others to keep us straight when we get off track. Thank you ALL.

Alice, first tourney back??? Maybe. Distracted, perhaps. But good on Swayne. With a limited amount of info, she doesn't birdie many par 5's. Maybe she can gain more distance. If she does, watch out. She'll win a lot.

Nice recovery. Jacob's hanging tough...three more holes for weekend play. Steady as it goes, Carson...you can get there.

I ain't sayin' a word about Ben! Uh uh...not a chance!

Great job by Jacob to birdie the final hole. Hopefully, the cut line holds at -2.

Please keep it at 2... Although Carson may not need it. Throw a 64 or 65 up there Carson. You finally got your chance. Hope Riley is with you.

The Cut (PGA - Fortinet) is still holding @ -2 . . .

Sep 16, 2022, 7:12 PM

but Carson has bogied 3 in a row and currently sits @ +1 . . . scary how quickly things can change . . .
Great rounds by Ben to get to -7 and his T-7th heading into “Moving Day” . . . still a lot of golf left to get the Cut to hold @ -2 . . .

Alexandra is sitting pretty heading into tomorrow’s round . . . Alice settled in a T-31st Place

Paula has her work cut out for her . . . No need to play timidly tomorrow!!!

Lauren is sweating the Cut Line (just like our PGA guys) after her a even Par Round and others finish . . .

Tomorrow will be a fun day to follow our Tigers!!!

My apologies, I brought on the druids. Ghee whiz Carson.. Seriously. 2 holes he was in good position off the tee. Then again, that's what separates the good golfers from the journeyman, getting up and down... And making putts.

Carson managed to shoot -1 . . .

Sep 16, 2022, 8:13 PM

on his first 9 (the back) . . . Plenty of time to still get it done!!!

If Druids could be invoked, our football team would never win another game!!! . . . You keep talking about and supporting our Tigers . . . Druids be dämned!!!

Come on Carson . . . You got this!!!

I can't believe he didn't birdie either par 5 on the back nine. Then 69 yard shot on 8/17 after beautiful drive and he overcooked the 69 yard chip and made bogey to miss the cut. He had his chances. Hope he learns from his mistakes. That's golf. He needs to learn the big boy league isn't as forgiving.

What I should have said is... Hopefully, the cut line drops to -1. :( Oh well, it is the first tournament of the season, and we will have three Tigers to cheer on.
