If he wasn't there you wouldn't think he would need one.
Muschamp and Samuel are claiming he wasn't there; there has been no such retraction from either the cops or The State...which does make my ears twitch some.
Again, the tape will tell the story. Very much hope there's sufficient pressure that it sees the light of day.

I am not saying he is innocent. I am saying it is foolish NOT to get a lawyer when charged with a crime.

To defend him if the allegations are true, and to hold the press and police accountable if they are not. I hate the Coots, but I would hire a lawyer, too. And Lourie's reputation precedes him. If I were a Coot, he would be the guy I would hire.
Maybe his teammates will do him a solid and back his alibi, LOL!

There is video and I'm sure plenty of drunk patrons and employees from that bar who could show/say who was there. Nothing will come of this.. if I was the coach I wouldn't be worried at all why supposedly 2 of his best ofbyye bad players he has for the coming season are at a bar drunk at 3am. Isn't finals going on also
