Look At The Pattern ---

We got in a bad situation trying to play LSU
.....I mean who takes practicing for the championship seriously when you have to practice in a ballroom? But ok....on to next season.

We made our usual run.......Clemson lost to Ohio State.

NIL happened.

Transfers happened in key positions...1 example was Chez Melussi.

Pandemic stuff still going on.


We lose a weird one to Georgia. We noticed DJ is off for whatever reason.

We got through SC State....however....it was SC State and there were some underlying problems behind the scenes.

I mentioned in an earlier post that Georgia Tech may bring a bigger stinger for Clemson. Looks like they may have after all and Clemson acted like they was wanting to be stung by it ....offensively. Clemson barely gets by.....and stats are way down.....offensively. I'm not a stats guy but eyes see that they were going to be down. Elliott admits that basically Georgia Tech confused him.

Those underlying problems I mentioned earlier......it was CJ Spiller and Lyn J Dixon beefing. Results.....Dixon found a Stargate portal and hit it. Leaving our Running Back room inexperienced and just a smidge thinner.

Tyler Davis not playing again. This guy needs some prayers. He doesn't deserve to be going what he is dealing with.

At a time where things should be noticed and addressed that things are off as Clemson prepares for their first true road game where Raleigh hates them. Clemson needed to bond together like never before. Results......a lot of uncharacteristic penalties....and a double overtime loss to NC State. Offense still not right....and probably won't be because over half of what we have seems a little lost when in the game.

All these things have happened and we are not barely half into the season. Things have to be cleaned up and realize what you have....then use it the best you can. New adjustments have to be made to adapt to what is going on around us.

Its good to keep the same character that is Clemson without being left in the dust because of failure to adapt.

I like to think we can adapt. On defense, we will regroup to the injuries. The offense is an area that I don’t think can be addressed with this staff
