dead. Did not help not having a band. That is not a Brad problem. That is an administration problem. What would the reaction be if the band decided not to show up for the fall break football game? Doesn't matter. Would never happen. That is how much Clemson cares about basketball.

So 85,000 people would equal one win? Thanks for the info!

That is not a Brad problem
These are all Brad's problems. He can't put out a #### team every year and expect fans in the stands. That is his problem. If he had a team that the fan base loved to come watch, he'd have every available former band member leading a volunteer pep band for all of the games that are played while students are on break.

Heyl, we could probably find a couple of tnetters with a bagpipe, harmonica and a bingo drum if it meant we would win every game!

Definitely a band should have been there. I recall an alumni band played for the NC State basketball game when our regular band was away at the Sugar Bowl two years ago.
I don’t begrudge the band members getting some time with family before they leave for the bowl game.
But, band and athletic department leadership could have certainly found alumni who live in the area and would have been happy to play Tiger Rag again with their old buddies. I’m not one for the endless basketball excuses, but this does demonstrate a lack of caring from leadership. No getting around that.
That said, the reason we lost is because we have average talent and coaching.

I remember usually even just a few band members being there on breaks even for the smallest of games like vs High Point etc

sorry I forgot it was the fans that made baskets and dribbled the ball and passed the ball dang so that is why our team stinks no support. Or could it be that they have had all off season to prepare a team and this is the best they got a team that shot low 20s for a game and lost to our rivals by double-digit and yes our rivals stink but just not as bad as we do.

We look like a middle school team, with a volunteer coach playing a better middle school team tonight. No offense, little defense, and a lot of facial expressions.

I hate to admit it but those were my thoughts, exactly. I don't know what UofSC has to be so proud of either.

Im confused. There was a pep band there. Not as large as usual but there were all the usual instruments. Still had the DJ/JDew
Quick Change was the halftime show (one of my favorites). They always pull out quick change or the unicycle for the big games.
There was a decent number of people there. Not sold out, but not your typical non conference opponents.
So tired of everyone blaming the people that show up.

I actually thought they showed up had good effort. They are just playing out of position. We have no decent center than can muscle in and get 2.

It was a dead atmosphere, but our guys couldn’t throw it in the ocean. Both teams gave great defensive effort. Neither very good offensively.

Simms and Lawson each had a good game. Dawes was good for a freshman.
What is up with Moore getting 3 minutes? He looks like he could help make this team more competitive.

That's how awful Brad is. People aren't stupid. They aren't going to pay to see what Brad gives them. He needs to be canned.
