Maybe we could start by you telling us who recruited him out of high school then explain why a guy who played in every game wants to transfer. Would also be interesting to know where he is from originally and if he wants to stay in the same geographic area or if he is open to the different areas of the country.
We will then build off the information you present by stating why Clemson might or might not want to recruit this player.

Anyone ever think that Dabo actually reaches out to more than we hear about?
Dabo, being Dabo, instead of recruiting the transfer portal guy talks to transfer portal guy and tells him what is expect from every player at Clemson University. Both on the field and off the field. Then transfer portal guys decides that Clemson isn't really what he's looking for?

He switched from DL to OL at TA&M
He was recruited by Clemson and received an offer in 2018.
He had 2 unofficial visits to Clemson in 2018
He played High School ball at Dunbar in Fort Myers, FL
One would be led to believe that he's unselfish by switching positions and he must check many of the good boxes to get an offer from Clemson in 2018. If the Tigers do not come into play, my guess is Miami or FSU because they recruited him hard like TA&M.

I will go he's unselfish switching positions. That being said is he any good on the offensive line? According to the stats given he played every game as a defensive tackle. So any intel on his OL play?

l could only find he switched in the spring of 2021 because there was only 1 OL starter returning. He was injured at spring practice and only played OL as a backup in 4 games last year. He did not participate in this years spring practice at TA&M.

After the injury , he was passed on the offensive line depth chart by several members of the freshmen class. The freshmen included two starters, Foster and Fatheree, and multiple backups.
The question for me is can he contribute? The team needs a center.

FWIW, A&M under both Sumlin & Fisher have been pretty good at sending OL to the N F L on a consistent basis-
