The Deshaun deep ball is back

Nov 27, 2016, 6:54 PM

He starting finding his range in the Syracuse game, but it seemed like he really dialed it in last night. Gives me shivers to think about how dangerous we are when he has found his rhythm with the deep ball!

remember the ball he threw between 2 ncstate defenders

2 years ago to M. Williams for a TD? That was the exact moment I knew we weren't going to lose a game the next year.

Let's not forget that we were playing the gamecocks

You're not going to have that many open shots against most better opponents.

If you've been watching all season you'd know he's had open shots all year long. The difference is now Watson is dialed in. I think he had missed on about 10 long balls earlier in the year that would've been gains over 50 yds if not td's. The long ball accuracy is going to make it nearly impossible to beat this team the rest of the way!

Strange that you chose a type of bird for your screen name . Hmm.
Anyway , DW4 has always got the time for the deep throws because while our run blocking has been suspect a few times this year (not last 2 games)We are a VERY good pass blocking team ...coupled with DW4s elusive nature and his pocket awareness.
Now that it looks like our running game may have gotten going like we had it last year ....man , our passing game w/#7,#3,#8,#16,#13 and #34...I wouldn't want to be a defensive coordinator facing Clemson right now.

Yep. You nailed it it's a coot! Funny how they always have to leave beating us up to someone else. Cause they just don't have the Men to get the job done. Now run along coots I here shreveport is wonderful this time of year.

My first clue was that he called the Coots by there given name . Then he said something to the effe t of "..against more better teams ".
That was a dead giveaway.

Absolutely! Our offense is peaking and gaining momentum just when we need it as we hit post-season!
