True story....about 15 years ago I visited Winthrop for a weekend. Went to this crazy frat party rager. Fought the baseball team. Then ended up at the volleyball team house and smoked pot with the basketball team. It was a hellafa night. Those guys were so paranoid afterwards.

Having grown up and living in Rock Hill, would love to see them upset some teams! Have great memories going to Winthrop BBall games as a kid with my grandpa.

I grew up in Clover and spent a good bit of time around Winthrop. I went to Greg Marshall’s basketball camp - thankful I didn’t learn too much from him…

Believe CU lost to Winthrop last time the two played around 2014. Also remember losing to Winthrop during the "Shyatt Happens" era too.
