Then they aren't friends of Clemson baseball no matter what else they've done. It's completely absurd that this is still floating around half a day later. Word was sent out to squash the Mazey speculation almost instantly.

DRad had never played chess in his life. Smoke Laval, Colonial Life Arena, GT basketball and baseball, Clemson womens volleyball and basketball, and now Clemson baseball. He's gonna take the first yes he gets because no one credible is interested in this job. This isn't the first time Perno's name has surfaced and that they wouldn't squash that rumor tells you everything you need to know.

LOLz. We took two weeks to tie up a Colonial Atheltic Conference coach who had less success at CofC than Pawlowski. We clearly did not conduct a serious national search since we've apparently been trying to tie him up since last Friday while the big boys were all still playing baseball. Why don't you get busy like everyone else justifying how it's gonna be okay for him to suck the next few years.

come on viz, how could you or me or anyone know who all drad talked to. know for a fact he talked to sully. a phone call to any coach lets you know whether they are interested or not. i hear, which means nothing i know, that drads favorite was mcmullen from uva until he interviewed lee and was blown away. and we all know it takes awhile for background checks to be done. my guess is lee was the man monday at the latest. probably last friday after the 2nd interview. we will know soon enough whether he is the right choice. why cant we all just give him a standing o and welcome him to tiger town.

Unlike those who deliberately sat on their hands for, groaned at, or altogether quit supporting Jack Leggett's teams - I will be there as often as I can, as enthusiastically as I can. But this was not what was promised when they fired a Hall of Famer who, more importantly, committed 22 years of faithful service to Clemson. Radakovich still cannot go fast enough and hopefully when he does our next coaching search can be a legitimate one.

Jack was DONE. Hall of fame shmame... he was FINISHED. He got us close a few times, never won the big one, and had the program spiraling toward terra firma when he was fired. It was time for him to go last season. Consider his income for failing again this year as a generous severance gift in addition to his buyout.
We have our new coach. He hasn't coached a game yet. Give him a chance to succeed here before concluding him in failure... how about it buddy?
