I really think if you got Walt a few beers and alone he would admit he really hates Clemson....
His love of ga tech/Paul Johnson and now UNC
All week I've listened to how dangerous Unc is to Clemson, how bout how dangerous we are to Unc
He disregards the fumbles Unc had against VaTech but yet that's his major argument for Alabama losing to Ole Miss.....blah, blah, blah
Anyhow .... Go tigers!

He plays the devil's advocate without admitting it and it makes for good radio. There are plenty of Clemson boosters on the radio or plenty of people who look at logic both whom are pushing Clemson. Walt found his niche'.

I for one will never be alone in a room with Walt Deptula, no matter how much free beer is available.
I almost fell for that clever ruse before when he told me he wanted to show me his new mattress and give me some of his "New York Pizza sauce". Glad I left Palms when I did.

I Guess I'm in the minority, but I find his show entertaining. The UNC crap is kind of annoying, but in his defense he has been saying this would be clemsons toughest test since before the FSU game. I think we will win, but our D has to play way better. I guess I'm saying that I wouldn't be shocked if UNC wins.
Let's hope it doesn't play out that way, and we make it to the playoffs!!

Nearly all of his predictions are wrong. He won't pick any tough games because he's scared to be wrong. He predicts a New Mexico unlv game because no one cares. If he's right he brags, if he's wrong no one says anything about it.

I guess I haven't listened to his show long enough. I have just now discovered that station via the tunein radio app. I guess he just seems better compared to the crap in Raleigh known as Adam and joe.

Walt is a Clemson hater. Mil stead loves him some Walt . Mil stead defended him when Clemson was 9 -0 and he did a 3hr show on basketball show. Unfrigging believable .
