The lawyer that can't spell thinks they'll FAKE OUT the NCAA. EVERYONE has know since Feb about the phone calls on NSD from USuC Coach LOL. In case it'll help you, he signed in Dec.Tamering charges, which is more egregious than anything that anyone floating a few $$$$ around has done.
What these idiots fail to understand, sick relative would mean , all schools further away than Clemson are out of the question.

This guy is a nobody. Forget about him. I am more concerned with the QB situation losing Hunter Johnson, Tucker Isreal and Zerrick Cooper. I understand each one leaving had a valid reason, but am worried about how this will play against the tigers in future QB recruiting. As far as the cluckers, they are and always be what they always have been.

person, as he says. I mean let's say no tampering. He still said he needed to transfer because he had to be close to home because of a sick relative. If that's a lie, then he is nothing more than a liar. If he does not go to Scar or UNC Charlotte, then that proves he was lying regarding his reason for needing to transfer.
This article says it all in the first paragraph.
"How I can come straight in there and be a guy,” Belk said was the message he got from Smart. “That’s always exciting to hear.
So he lied about his reason for transferring. Even if there is no tampering, the NCAA can not allow players to just lie on such a grand scale in order to transfer with all the benefits of an unconditional transfer. And that is what he and his LAWYER have managed to do.
