Ladies and Gentlemen, Your Supreme Court

Jan 7, 2022, 1:03 PM

wow.

Breyer: "yesterday there were close to 750,000 cases, if we delay it (mandate) by one day, 750,000 more people will have covid."

The only thing keeping Breyer from being the court jester is Sotomayor's bold faced lies.

Sotomayor: "We have over 100,000 children, which we've never had before, in serious condition and many on ventilators," she said.

This is what happens when "woke" justices hire "woker" clerks.

Kinda like using citizens to circumvent due process to sue others around a woman's right to privacy and control over her body.

Clearly no facts or constitutional consideration being used.

So undocumented immigrants in the US that are pregnant this have citizenship rights correct? (I know you’ll do mental gymnastics to say no. It’s ok just pointing out your logical fallacy)

But below you’re entirely incorrect. They are not extending constitutional rights to fetuses. They are using citizens as bounty hunters to collect and turn in people of “crimes” based on suspicion and no evidence. Which has led to CA and NY now extending this idiotic legal theory to guns rights and there goes your second amendment.

FYI. A fetus is not a human and yes a woman has control over her body to make decisions which are best for her. This isn’t 1422 or 1822. You extending your biblical beliefs over someone violates their rights which are not based in science or law.

And we are denying women the right to choose prior to a fetus being viable outside the womb. A fetus is not where near being viable at 0-3 months. Only at 5 months does a fetus become potentially viable with the help of medical intervention.

However the Texas law is preventing women from making choices at 2 months. 3 months which is still recognized federally as legal to have an abortion

I don’t think anyone is advocating third trimester abortions for convenience. But in a lot of states now, if the mothers life is in danger doctors often are forced to save a premature baby over the mother due to these stupid laws.

Anyway fetuses are easy to defend. They don’t ask anything from you. Once they are born you can forget about them.

The 750,000 part

Jan 7, 2022, 1:21 PM

It's true that there were about 728,000 new cases yesterday. Of course a mandate will not instantly prevent more new cases, but his number was close to correct.

Falsehood flies, and truth comes limping after it, so that when men come to be undeceived, it is too late; the jest is over, and the tale hath had its effect: like a man, who hath thought of a good repartee when the discourse is changed, or the company parted; or like a physician, who hath found out an infallible medicine, after the patient is dead.

His number and his statement are very different things. Ok, on a Tigernet board, not OK at the SC.

Will be spun as scary bad news requiring who-knows-what for the govt to do, but it is great news. If you could wave a magic wand have have everyone get it tomorrow, humanity would be in your debt.

view this as a pandemic, or whatever the word is for something we have to take drastic measures against. Don't really think it will take luck; that seems to be the case.

Jan 7, 2022, 6:07 PM

Technically, it's 286,297 excess deaths and 92,252 deaths, but who's counting. Whole lot of papsilab and mobifobi going around in South Africa to cause twice the same deaths as covid.

This would be the same as US data showing 835,929 covid deaths among 2,594,241 excess deaths. South Africa is only one of four countries in Africa to even count excess deaths, period.
