Lack of leadership and direction on offense.

We don’t have a clear leader on offense. Ideally you want that guy to be your QB but that isn’t happening. Will Shipley is closest thing to our offensive leader IMO. The guys look lost our there.

Put Helms in, neither DJ or #7 have the mental acumen to lead a D1 team.

It comes from TE as well ( lack of leadership/ownership). His interviews are telling of poor leadership and motivation of a group
