A lot of people were saying that they couldn't even beat a high school team.
Yesterday they proved that not only could they beat a high school team, they could dominate one.

I had to explain to my Mom how Uof5C could beat a team by such a high score.
I told her how this very small and vastly inferior school entered a contract for a HUGE amount of $$$ knowing that they were completely outmatched so they could have funds to keep their athletics dept. going, so it was good for them in that way.
On the other hand, the Coots got a GUARANTEED LOPSIDED WIN for a small portion of the $EC money they receive every year whether their team is good or not. That gave them something to crow about to their delusional fans, so it was good for them in that way.
It’s a win-win for both teams!
Mom said, “they ought to buy more wins so they can try to catch up with Clemson.”
