has anyone been able to update the charlotte sports app?

I went to go download my tickets to my phone, and I had to do an update for the Charlotte Sports App. It is just spinning and spinning so I can't even get to my tickets to put them in the wallet on my phone.

If you go to open the app, it won't let you in unless you update. Has anyone seen this? If so, how did you fix it?

Glitch in their app. Log off and back on. Worked for me.
