WOW, this is a heck of a turn around since the first part of the season, Bakich is earning that big pay raise from what he was making at Michican't. Way to go coach, just shows that Michican't should have paid you more

I knew EB would turn around the dumpster fire Lee left. I wasn’t expecting these immediate results. Coach Lee played a style of baseball that just doesn’t win championships. Big ball is fun to watch. Except against elite pitching. Elite pitchers shut our power hitters down. Lee packed the lineup with homerun hitters who couldn’t manufacture runs by playing small ball. Small ball with elite pitching equals championships. It may be boring to some. To me, it’s the purest form of baseball.
Why can’t we hire the equivalent to replace the train wreck Brad Brownell?! Imagine an elite coach as the men’s bb leader! I want to see Clemson in the top 5 of EVERY sport we field a team. Mens. Women’s. Every team. We have the financial support. We put our tails in seats. Maybe we will get lucky and find the next Coach K to replace the dumpster fire BB. One can only hope.

This is one of the most balanced Clemson teams that I can remember. It seems like we have hit a lot of homers lately, though we are so low in that category, but we rank highly in fielding, hitting, base-stealing, and pitching in the ACC, one of the strongest conferences in the country. That balance should be a great asset as we head into the post-season. If we keep this kind of play going, we should host. If we end well and do well in the ACC tourney, we should be a top 8 seed.
