I let our Links friends down . . . I didn’t realize this thing started yesterday! My bad!!!
Yesterday:
Kyle shot +8
Doc shot +2
Jonathan held the Tiger Standard Upward shooting -3
Today:
The Leader sits @ -12 currently . . . the Projected Cut Line is -3
Kyle is -4 through 16 . . . with no chance to make it to Friday
Doc is wearing it out, currently -9 through 17 Holes . . . Sitting @ -7 and T-9th Place
Jonathan needs some good thoughts sent his way . . . He is currently @ Even Par for the day through 12 Holes and sitting squarely on the Cut Line . . . the Good News is . . . he has 2 more Par 5s to play

A 63 skrong - 9 birdies so clean card. Wow, what a round. Probably will be low round of the day. Way to go Doc. I'd posted under your other thread he needed a special round.
Figured the cut would surely move to 3... But looking like -4 now. JB got to get er going. #6 tee shot was way right. Probably fortunate to get out with just a bogey. Par 5 too. That's ok, finish the last 4 holes -1 and he's ok.
Glad to see Kyle give it a run today with a nice round so far.

Incredible round by Doc! I was sitting quietly until it was officially over.
For anyone that subscribes to ESPN+, Jonathan should be coming up on #16 soon. That is one of the featured holes that they are streaming today.

The Featured Holes streams have all been from the South Course. So, Doc and Kyle were shown on them yesterday and Jonathan has been on them today.
They covered holes 3, 8, 11, and 16 on one stream for the morning and holes 11 and 16 on independent streams for the afternoon. Should be the same tomorrow. Fingers crossed that maybe Doc gets into one of the featured groups as well and can be on one of those streams.

I had to pay for it at 6.99 a month. Sadly Doc is having a rough front 9. He's shanked his tee shot right on both par 5's. Missed a couple 6 footers that cost him a bogey. Currently +1 day, -6 tourney. Unless he gets hot on the back, doubtful we'll see him on gc.
Hopefully he can string some birds together on back 9.

Thanks for sharing. Hard to back up a great round. The Shenk fellow really struggled today after a 61 yesterday. That’s golf in a nut shell. Never know from round to round.

Well, the good news for now is the -4's are back down to 58. Still a lot of 3's on the easier north course. Looks like JB has missed a few drives right. Argh, 3 putted from 40ft. On 11. Come on JB.

Jonathan missed a 12 footer on the final hole to miss the Cut . . .

Not surprisingly he missed to the right rough again on 18. Still had a putt but that was his Achilles all day when he missed.
That South course is tough. 79 made it and it should have been 80.

Was pulling for Fowler as well but him and the group of Speith and DeChambeau had a colossal collapse. It was painful to watch that group.

Doc finished his up and down 3rd round at Even par, still -7 for tournament. Leader at -14. Another moving day frustration for our former Tiger. 3 birdies, 3 bogeys.
Side note: Doc had 5 putts between 4-7 ft missed and an 8 footer. Put half in and he's just 4 off the lead. Make percentage of that length for pro's is 70-90 % just to add perspective. Good night guys. Better day tomorrow and lots of points on the line.

In his 4th Round, Lucas made the turn at -4 and had moved to -11 and T-10th Place . . .
Sadly, he just bogied the Par 3 11th to fall to -10 for the Tournament . . . He is still currently in the Top 15
Finish well and cash the check!!!

Doc has completed his final round . . .

After 3 back nine bogies (without a birdie) Doc found himself unable to reach the Par 5 18th Hole with his second shot . . . so he laid up to 109 yards and proceeded to place his 3rd shot directly over the hole only 2’ 7” away for birdie.
That birdie concluded his round as he managed to shoot -2 for the day and sits at -9 for the Tournament and currently tied for 24th . . . that placement will change a bit, but it was a nice tournament for him!!!
Doc ended up in a 5-way tie for 25th Place earning him $65,940 . . . (Hoping my maffs is correct!)
