If you are a receiver you should go to Clemson.

Larry Williams Larry Williams – ?@LarryWilliamsTI
Florida's Jonathan Bullard tells @SiriusXMCollege "if you are a receiver, you should go to Clemson." Says DE's and OL usually choose SEC. 5:55 AM - 14 Jul 2015

Vic Beasley says hello . Shoot , you can come to Clemson as an "athlete" and after 2 years of moving around , play DE in beast mode and get drafted in the top 10 . Also , CU had the highest rated OL signing class in 2014 . Thank you very much .

Why use Beasley? Shaq Lawson and Kevin Dodd were highly recruited out of high school and will be playing this year. Both played behind stellar athletes at, guess where? I will give you a clue, NOT FLORIDA!!!

In fairness to those touting Vic, the Gators did have Dante Fowler Jr drafted 3rd. I'm not sure why the coach was suggesting a DE/DT wouldn't come to Clemson, but UF has produced there.

I see what ya saying. Because for the past 4 years, Florida has had to win with defense. Therefore, they must turn out some of the most stout defensive line players......

Lol how's that working out for him?

Had he followed his buddy Carlos Watkins he'd have been apart of a top 10-15 program, played beside Beasley on the No.1 D in the country and won an OB ring by now. Instead his at UF doing jack and squat with his career so far.

I said at the time, he had chosen poorly. It was his mistake to make, and he made it.

And we was the #1 defense in the country last year and I think we'll be in the top 15 this year. I don't know if he was being smart are what not when he said that but our oline and dline is going to be good.

Just trying to perpetuate the media hype

Many still think the SEC is about power running and elite OL and DL as they were years ago. However these past few years in the post season tells a different tale. They have lost the LOS battle in their bowl games and teams no longer fear them. There is a running joke right now that if a RB wants to have a career day all they need to do and run against an SEC DL

Agree ? The old smash up DL that guys like Saban and Miles put out their are still important , but offenses like what we and Auburn and TheOSU and Oregon run can effectively neutralize them with movement and tempo . The days of crushing big bodies into a 10 square foot scrum to stop the ball carriers is gone. At least in the current trend. Remember how bad Saban whined about the HUNH and how much he wanted the rules changed ? He knew it was critical to his success in the long term . Not saying that Bama won'tcontinue to be a major player , but they are no longer the juggernaut of 3 or 4 years ago .

Depends on if he cares more about winning or about getting paid at the next level.
If all he cares about is getting paid at the next level, he could've done that pretty much anywhere.
