Joe biden

Jul 14, 2020, 12:00 AM

So when he wins and this all goes away on November 4 , will they say it was hyped up then? The media ,globalist and most left wing nuts are in love with the country being in ruins . It’s sick how happy it makes them. Trump train was rolling after new year. They could not impeach him and they couldn’t frame him , but my oh my they wouldn’t stop until they took everyone down with them. So sad. Imagine the world killing itself just bc Nobama won in 08... hypocritical at best

Sounds like you’ve been living under a rock or FoxNews is your sole source of information. Maybe both. I’ve never heard of anyone, left or right, loving the fact that the country is “in ruins”. BTW, the country is not in ruins. We’ll be back. While Joe might not be the next George Washington, if he has half the amount of decency of the average American he’ll be a tremendous improvement over the current sleaze bag that has conned you and 35.8% of Americans.

Big House, you don’t get around much, do you? Do you ever read social media besides a Tigernet?

Everybody is nice, people all love each other, no one wants to prey on anyone else, all of the people who have borne grudges for years about being disadvantaged are all perfectly happy now that there is more opportunity for their kids. Right?

WRONG.

Resentment is very powerful on social media right now (I would say “ha+e” except that’s a trigger word for ha+espeech search algorithms). That’s also reported on liberal sites. People posting about how nonviolence was a mistake back in 1968. How much they have ha+Ed seeing the Confederate flag for all these years (the poster was under age 25.) This is all being fomented by young adults who don’t even know what they are talking about and aren’t necessarily Black. They just disrespect all authority figures.

If you think Fox is the boogeyman, at least switch to NPR. Then learn to listen to what they avoid talking about, and ask yourself why.

Re: Joe biden

Jul 14, 2020, 12:49 AM

None of this is Biden’s doing.

This anti-Americanism is coming from leftists farther out than Bernie. Biden is just keeping his mouth shut, thinking he can take advantage of all this chaos, and expecting there will be a country left to preside over in his dotage. But he is the very definition of a “useful idiot” to the Marxists. He is a weak, doddering fool. He would be lucky if they let him keep his “job” as President the full four years, even if dementia stays away.

Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren were not socialistic enough for the people pushing our social narrative right now.

BTW, I don’t watch Fox, had no idea who OAN was before Gundygate, have never supported Trump except as an alternative to Hillary, and get more “news”—if anyone with a brain can call it that—from the NYT than any other single source.

I’m calling it as I see it, not as I’ve been pre-programmed to say.

BTW II, even the NYT reported today that George Soros just invested another $220M in various social justice organizations to keep the protests moving forward. This push will continue until they get a puppet in the White House.

Re: Joe biden

Jul 14, 2020, 1:01 AM

The Soros conspiracy is so stupid. I also know people that think Bill Gates is the anti-christ because he funds vaccine programs and he wants to implant chips into people. People are so stupid believing any of this, there is no deep state. None. And the narrative that Trump is fighting the deep state is ridiculous. There is just cronyism and greed. People are idiots but what do you expect when the average IQ is 100-105 that's pretty low. I've heard people from the left and right use the very same argument to prove their points and they don't even see the irony.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Re: digimini

Jul 14, 2020, 6:19 PM

1)Not referring to anyone else's "Soros conspiracy. " I've never typed the man's name before in my life. Meanwhile, it is not a conspiracy theory that he just donated $220M to groups that would "promote racial equality". Very few people are against "racial equality", and I'm certainly not--i have visited in poor Black homes that were far from the standard of living enjoyed in poor white homes--but what these groups want is "racial equity", which is always defined by the person with the disadvantage.

And it's not a one-time concept. It would be perpetual. If you earned an apprenticeship, a disadvantaged person could claim that you had an advantage--better access to a library or lab because they had transportation issues, more time with professors, a more humble attitude, the ability to correlate other information, whatever--"racial equity" means that whatever advantages allow you to advance should be disallowed, even if you achieved them yourself, because another person didn't get that opportunity to invest in him or herself.

Perpetual "racial equity" would be more detrimental to America's achievement dynamic than the $14T in reparations that has been proposed.

2) i don't buy into the Deep State concept--never paid attention to it--unless it is simply another term for "career bureaucrats." If so, wrecking the Deep State would have about as much effect as Dabo turning over the support staff in the football program--some good benefit, some bad, depends on his vision and how professional they are in responding to changes in their roles. I'm sure he would cause resentment to people who thought their performance had been adequate for previous coaches.

3)"There is just cronyism and greed." That's a good start. But what is greed to a billionaire like Trump or Soros? They have plenty of money. Now they want to spend it in leaving a legacy. That's the ultimate ego trip for a rich person. Trump wants to be remembered as the President who made America great again, GS wants to be remembered as the great Greek who defeated evil capitalism. That's not an extreme observation.

I didn't get either one from Gateway Pundit, Pajamas Media, RedState.com, Huffpost, Salon, Slate or The Atlantic (all are good sources for interesting reads--moreso than the mainstream sources.)

4)"The average IQ is 100-105, that's pretty low." You're not being political: you're being unintentionally funny. If the average IQ is 100, the scale is accurate. The score of 100 is actually 1.00 x 100 with 1.00 being the predesignated mean. Your observation (that I'm not disagreeing with) that the "average (now) is 100-105" is not pretty low; it demonstrates that our average intellectual ability is better than it was when the scale was devised. 1.05 is NOT pretty low, though you have my permission to feel free to think yourself superior if it helps. ??

However, our society's integrity scale has not kept up with our intellectual gains. But that's an unverifiable personal opinion.

I do spend a lot of time with real live Americans and with my house, my neighborhood, my church, my workplace, my friends I do find a lot of love and by far mostly positive productive pro American, pro business thoughts 24/7. When I did glance at social media in the past it seemed to me folks are just highlighting the extremes. The loudest and most irrational opinion gets the attention. Once you get off social media and talk to live human beings you find that the bulk of Americans are very much on the same page, it’s just social media and conventional media outlets promoting the extremes to deploy classic divide and conquer strategy and generate media revenue. Extremism sells and it sounds like you’re buying it. The far right and far left are created and continually conned by social media. But you are right, I spend ZERO time on social media outside of Tigernet. Hope u enjoy the ride.

Jul 14, 2020, 10:42 AM [ in reply to Trump's response to the pandemic has been a world-leading ]

If not, we are in big trouble. As long as the GOP retains the Senate, nothing too "progressive" will be enacted into law. I still wouldn't count Trump out as I feel much of the support for Biden is simply that he is not Trump. That may be enough, but once Biden has to defend some of the agenda he has only alluded to, that may not be enough. At this point, I don't care much as I don't like either choice. I wish there was a viable 3rd choice. May still vote 3rd party, but honestly it doesn't matter as SC will go for Trump.

With the albatross of Trump around their necks, look for those is the deepest trouble to TRY to distance themselves from Trump after Labor Day, but it will be too late for them to extricate themselves from the Trump tar.

Trump's play book is like an option offense. There are only a few plays he can run over and over and over again.

As George Will said, those who think they have witnessed the worst of this president have missed the lesson of his life - there is no such thing as rock bottom - assume the worst is yet to come.

you might have heard of this author from Money Ball which he wrote.

He researches the different governmental departments, their function, and the really smart people who keep the country running smoothly to advert risk.

He also examined the transfer of these departments from Obama's to Trump's team. The unpreparedness from the Trump side was astonishing. Even if you consider him to be a man new to politics. It was just willful neglect.

The book predicted a catastrophe like this. Quite honestly I think he will ultimately lose the presidency for his lack of preparedness and leadership during this pandemic.

They are both hard right populists with rabid bases. Bolsonaro's pandemic response was just forget it and do nothing. Moreover, he called it a hoax, just a flu, refused to wear a mask, etc.

Now he has COVID-19 and Brazil is the second most hard-hit country in the world, behind the US.

Lindsay Graham will not lose to Jaime Harrison despite the great diversity the electorate of SC has supported. We elected Graham multiple times despite the rumors around his sexual orientation. We elected a female Indian-American for governor twice and elected Tim Scott who is African-American to the US Senate. Move over NY and California, SC is a pacesetter--Haha. Seriously, Jaime Harrison will not beat Lindsay Graham. Joe Biden will not win Texas. Biden doesn't beat Trump. If Trump loses and he may well, he will have defeated himself. Biden is a tired relic of the past. He had 36 years in the Senate and 8 years as VP to fix the very problems he now has all the answers to. I'm fine with many of Trump's policies. His demeanor is what is troubling. It's ok to think before speaking and someone should have crushed his phone long ago. He appears to have the attention span of a 5 year old. Trump vs Biden. Biden vs Trump. Awesome choice!

Trump has had 4 years as president and the people don't like what they've seen.

It doesn't sound like you have been looking at any of the polling for President or Senate seats. It's bad and getting worse for Republicans. With Trump, negative attitudes seem to be hardening and you know, with his limited playbook, things will just get worse over the next 4 months.

And if you're a conservative then why would you not like Trump's polices? But you're exactly right, he needs to ditch twitter and try to sound more mature. That would be great advice.

I also don't think Graham will lose. Still surprising how close it is. Can't say seemingly acting like a Trump lap dog after calling him out in 2016 is a good look for him though.

Politics aside, Graham's office was instrumental in helping my wife get her visa when we had major issues with the USCIS. I got to vote for the guy though I disagree with most of his policies. But like Led Zeppelin says.."hey hey what can I do?".

Did Cumomo "follow the science" when he sentenced tens of thousands of nursing home patients to death by slamming them with positive patients from hospitals? Mandating that nursing homes take them.

You do realize that Trump's covid idiocy was recorded?

Jul 14, 2020, 11:28 AM

There are actually videos from Republicans who think Trump is a fool showing the timeline of his covid stupidity.

Here's one:

cognitive deficits can listen to 2 sentences by Joe Biden and know he has dementia. It's sad and his power drunk family should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to continue. I despise Joe Biden, but I feel for his condition.

Get ready for "special circumstances" to be enacted because the Dems nominated a candidate with early onset Alzheimer's. They are going to use his condition politically.....and for that, I sincerely believe they have secured themselves a special spot in He!!.

Trump doesn't have dementia. I'm a retired 30 yr nurse, dude....I know what I'm looking at with Biden.

Now he DIDN'T have dementia in 1975 when he was still a segregationist....let's be clear on that.

They had plenty of evidence against Trump and still have more, you have been conned. Absolutely hilarious how you sheep have been conned into following a failed real estate developer turned reality TV star who has less management skill than 98% of the people on this board. The guy is 100% clown. He’s trying to be a dictator and he’d love to have you continue being his weak little subject. I wouldn’t trust him to walk my dog.

Trump was impeached. Period. If you dispute that fact you should look up the term impeachment.

Guys you’re wasting time debating these socialists. Just pray there’s enough sitting on the fence that see what’s at stake here.

Re: Joke of The Day.....Biden President.....hahahahahhahaha***

Jul 14, 2020, 1:28 PM

I’m not a socialist. I’m pretty much middle of the road, conservative on many issues, slightly progressive on other issues. No where near socialist. Folks that vote for Biden are not necessarily socialist, they are simply recognizing that Trump is a disaster. It’s sad that so many republicans have no idea that trump has completely destroyed our Republican Party. If u have more than one source for your news and you have more than one brain cell, it’s pretty hard to arrive at the decision to support trump.

You are dead solid wrong if u think everyone voting for Biden is socialist. You are also dead solid wrong if u think everyone not voting for Trump is socialist. But if that simplicity is comforting for you, then your blissful ignorance seems like a good place for you.
