And barring any sort of injury or absolute meltdown on his behalf, will remain the starter the rest of the season.
Anybody who think otherwise hasn't been paying attention to our program.
Get behind the kid or don't support us at all.
Chase's time will come. Just not this season.

Lawrence will get his chance in 2 years after Hunter Johnson and Chase Brice each get one year as the starter.

I can see that, and would quite frankly be excited to see that happen.
But the coaches aren't going hand him the job, he's going have to earn
it- And yes, I think he can.
And like you I suppose, we need someone who will scare defenses in the
passsing game.

Then he better take over this off season, because mop up duty against Wake Forest doesn't make you the starter. Sucking against GT and Usuck was unacceptable and showed he wasn't ready. Case in point, poor clock management against GT and that pick against Usuck on a ball he never should have thrown. Decision making has to be improve.
