I have not seen a post about Jeff Scott. Or I missed it…. But he has won 3 games as a head coach in 2 years. He has to be on the hot seat already… Maybe he is too much like daddy. Great first hand, terrible captain. He could make more as OC at Clemson ($2M) than he does at USF. He knows the culture, he was part of building the culture.. just some thoughts.

Jeff Scott started at USF 10’ below surface. AD gets it. He will win some more next year and be fine. Another really smart man who loves kids.

He wants to be a head coach.

Agree 100% Judge. Jeff is a good head coach and loves the players. He will get the job done.

The ones like have been mentioned in the past like Joe Brady dislikes recruiting and that is a major job in football especially now with the NIL. Others too are good OC or DC but have the same dislike.

With the Portal and the NIL, it has changed recruiting and the face of college football and not for the good. “Follow the Money”
