I'm not sending communications to any known Coot associates via text or email.
What are some other ways I can keep my head in the sand? Having trouble coping here and need some advice from some of you laid back fellers.

It's so much better being in the majority win or lose. You still cheer just as hard, but the losses sting less knowing you're going home to people who are feeling the same way
