Despite a good bit of the bad we've seen, there's also been some good out of this bunch. Biggest issue has been holding onto leads in these weekend series - we'd be talking much different had we held on in those close losses to SC, Duke, & GT.

Feels like the movie "The Fighter", when Mickey Ward committed to getting back into the ring after the family drama & broke hand. His people around him talk about trying to get his confidence back. This team seems like that - they've had so much bad luck, if they could get something to break their way I feel that would boost the confidence of these guys & we could see them put something together.

Would love for that to happen this weekend but #2 in the land is gonna be a tall order

I have to agree! Our pitching is very young and maybe we missed on a few guys recruiting wise but I’m hoping this ball club continues to grind and get better. Hoping for a different team by the end of the season. That’s all you can ask for in a year one coach with a lot of turnover

All 3 SP for WF have ERA's below 2...YIKES! Got a dude hitting over .400 & another bro with 14 bombs. Should be a interesting series!
