Dandelion greens are absolutely edible. Quite bitter, especially the larger leaves, better to pick them young. Many people describe their flavor as nutty or earthy. I find they're a better green to wilt or saute than eat raw.

Is it the same one?
I found a piece of snakeskin in my yard the other day..and noticed we haven't had as many rats or raccoons running around at night. I think I need a few more snakes over here.
But it might be the coyotes on the beach. Not sure.
