in my stomach after watching some of the Pitt game. They are moving the ball at will against GT.
We are so screwed. I hope I’m dead wrong , but I think we got major issues with not only coaching and scheme, but talent too. How could this be with all the great recruiting classes we’ve have for the last 4 or 5 years??

Yep. Lotta folks have known we have a lot of issues on offense. That’s why it’s not a quick/easy fix. Magnitude/extent of the problems are validated when you see Pitt completely dominating them. Not taking anything away from Pitt. Just shows how much work we have to do. We’ll see how today vs BC goes. Hopefully better.

Losing all those quality players to the portal and not making them up by going after a few.
It's even magnified by losing two big producers like TL and ETN on offense.
I know a lot of the fans on the board aren't big college basketball fans, but the top programs that lose good transfers are making them up in the portal, but if you saw one program not doing that you but losing good players to the portal you are always depending on very young players to keep the program at the same level. That is a disaster waiting to happen especially in college football.

I do think our defense is probably 30 points better than Ark. Honestly, we’d probably be an underdog to them at this point, because we’re so banged up on D

That’s kinda nonsensical.
Our offense is our problem.
We’re just not scoring points.
If we were, we’d be undefeated and still a Top-5 team.

We’ll, it’s worked pretty well until you don’t have a generational talent at QB. But that’s the point. DJ looks like a bust on the college level , so now we’re really seeing if they can coach.

to be fair.. a lot of it is on the offensive line. if we had a offensive line we would have a rungame. if we had a rungame we could "do what we do" in the passing game. what makes me sick is we arent going outside of the program to make our next OL hire next year and we refuse to use the transfer portals. sorry injuries arent a valid excuse when you dont fill up your scholarships and put 50-60 walkons on a team.

I'm just happy we dont have to play a team like App St this year. We have a team that is very capable of losing to them and that would be a joke for YEARS. Good lord we are playing so bad.
