Every time I see one of our players interviewed, I then know why they came to Clemson and why they are offered scholarships. I love winning football games, but the development of these young men and their journey into manhood is far more important ..... and fortunately Dabo and the entire coaching staff think the same thing! Go Tigers.
PS: That does not mean that I will not yell at the TV screen or in person when at games! I am an imperfect human being & fan!

going vertical and attacking instead of horizontal and hoping a block is not missed. Just need to continue to push the field. Continue to turn these guys loose and let them play.

the deep post, since it was so wide open. I guess the answer is in Collins' comment that "it was the 3rd play of the first 9...". So apparently, the "######" limited us to running the play precisely ONE TIME... never mind that it was successful. I don't know what has happened to the philosophy of "run it until they stop it" but apparently that approach is no longer practiced. Oy vey...

an out away from Ross's inside route. When Colling kept going he was toast. DJ should have thrown it sooner! Can't imagine why they wouldn't come back to it or some other action out of that same motion. Guess that's why they don't pay me to call plays!

I've always assumed that Beaux's experience as one of DJ's receivers in HS would pay off eventually. We certainly can use him now!
