coach so much, even one as valuable as Coach Venables. I just hope and pray Oklahoma looks elsewhere. They like offense in the Big 12, at least for a couple more years.

Clemson changed the 'rules' paradigm when their gamble on the inexperienced Dabo paid off better than winning both the PowerBall and MegaMillions on the same day.

It's time again for Clemson to change the paradigm with respect to compensation for assistant coaches.

If we do it quickly enough, then it will actually cost us LESS than if the Asst.Coach pay escalation starts elsewhere and we end up playing catch-up. Got to do this and cough up the $$$ NOW NOW NOW.

It's a case of homecoming. And a chance to have a first head coaching job. I don't know if money would be a main factor. He's practically making HC money now as is.
