Rain is over you can hit HARTWELL now. Just cast up shallow around boat docks with plastic baby brush hogs and you should catch all the rooster bass you want. Caught 25 Tuesday and had a great time. Nothing over 3 pounds but still fun. The best bite came around 1030 A.M. Is it possible for our Tigers to win back to back conference games today? BTW, I lost my bonus room a couple of years ago when I needed a fourth bedroom (added a son at 40). Baseball card collection went to storage and weightlifting set went to the garage and 9 pound largemouth came off the wall and treadmill went to our master bedroom.

I can relate to your new addition at 40. Had a daughter at 38.5 and another at 40.5 to give our son some company when he was 4 and 6.

Guess I was unconsciously carrying on a family tradition. Grandfather was 47 when Mom was born and she was 40 at my birth. He was 62 at his last child's birth. Thankfully, it all worked out reasonably well. BTW, very impressive entertainment room.

Siriusly, I am envious. In the Chemical Industry, about the only time you got a bonus was if you saved the plant from burning down, or pulled a rabbit out of your hat and increased production capacity by about 20% for the cost of a couple of hot dogs.
Butt, nothing brought me more personal joy than doing things like that, that none of the 30 years of supposedly brainier rocket scientists that preceded me there had ever thought of. THAT made my day on several occasions.

outside an ER while my wife gets an EKG and chest X-rays after testing COVID positive on a home test kit. Mainly sore throat & coughing with some chest pressure so far but nurse said to get checked out
