In fairness, I never believed that.
I never got the whole deal with Biden. I mean, he's just an 80-year-old version of the same foot-in-mouth guy who got pummeled in '88 and 2000, and I truly did not understand why Trump was so fixated on trying to manufacture a scandal with him over Ukraine because Poppa Joe was a lead-pipe lock to bury himself at some point.
I am hardly a Donald Trump fan, but he'd have thumped Poppa Joe good and proper.
I think Bernie or Buttigieg - or Klobuchar, for that matter - can all beat Trump, though in Bernie's case I'd kind of feel like I was willingly contracting Anthrax to cure our raging case of Ebola. But none of those candidates are going to be fazed by Trump, and they're not going to get on their heels when Trump comes after them like you know Trump is going to do. Donald rattled Hillary, badly...and Poppa Joe is even easier to wind up. Which is exactly why he's tanking in the primaries.
