I think support is the word. He will be there for sure in support. He has to be there as much as the media as crucified him.

I do NOT agree with all their demands (e.g. defunding police).
I definitely support the PEACEFUL protests against the killing/murder of George Floyd.
To be a part of the violent protests, riots, looking that led to the killing of police officers is to be complicit in those murders --- much like the 3 police officers who watched and did nothing to help George Floyd.

I really hope he isn’t. The fact that this is pretty much sponsored by “black lives matter” shows the true intent of this gathering, which isn’t peace and unity.
If this was a legitimate peace and unity rally, I would have been all-in for every Clemson University official to be there. Before someone asks “what’s your definition of a peace and unity rally?” A true rally of peace and unity and togetherness would have involved, instead of singling-out the significance of just one race, but a celebration of humanity by saying that everyone matters equally, and hearing the voices from leaders of all faiths and denominations.
As someone who is still lucky to have their grandmother around (who grew up in Germany during hitler’s reign) these rallies resemble nazi rallies instead of peace gatherings.

How so exactly? Conservatives and libertarians are the opposite of socialists. Chanting about lower taxes, thinking America is the greatest place on earth, wanting less govt. How exactly is that like Nazi germany? Please give specifics.
