Is college basketball going to have hard time finishing season....

With all the Covid cases and games cancelled. We could get some positive cases by playing these guys today. Frank Martin has a good point, if you have been vaccinated, don't even need to be tested:

Is a great point. Sadly it looks just like last year, games cancelled, postponed. Appears to just be getting started.

Sorry, but vaxxed spread COVID just as readily as the unvaxxed, and the vaxxed can be hospitalized just like the unvaxxed. If testing is required of anyone it should be required of all.
That said...to be testing people who are not symptomatic is insane and stupid. As are the vaccine mandates and requirements. The NFL and NBA are now proving the vaccine does nothing to prevent COVID spread.
Stop. The. Insanity. Let the human immune system work, and the vast majority of people will be just fine.

With healthy, college age kids the threat

is basically zero from it. There are extreme outliers, like Baylon Soector in football who really got sick from it. But he was vaccinated I believe.
Trying to fit all in to one size is shortsighted though. I'm 57 with diabetes, I got it. If I were 20 and healthy again, not a chance

So you call the CDC "misinformation"?
Open. Your. Eyes.
The only way to accurately label something as "misinformation" is to hear a politician say it. Even you mistrust politicians, right?
98% of hospitalized Covid patients in Britain (where they actually publish their research) were fully vaxxed.
The majority of new cases in VT, RI, MA are vaxxed. Do you want me to hijack this thread to blow up your ignorance bubble, or are you going to start reading real news stories so I won't have to?

TarheeledTiger, why don't you discuss facts, instead of repeating disproven talking points?
Then you go and TD rational people who don't swallow your narrative. I hope your superstitions keep you safe from the bogeyman, because your intelligence won't.

I think we should post all the names of student athletes who have lost their lives due to Covid.

World class athletes--particularly males--are more at risk from pericarditis FROM the vaxx than from Covid itself. Every couple days a professional match somewhere in the world is halted by a player collapsing on the soccer pitch.
Since miscarriages seem to be increasing, it's possible that is the worst side effect for females. But it's impossible to do a study on that right now.

If the kid is not sick (fever) they should play. All this other crap is ridiculous. If not just cancel the season and let’s wait for baseball
