Personally, I never understood their use of the word "regrets." It just seemed totally inappropriate. It would have been better for them to say something like "We think we made the right decision at the time, and now we're not going to second guess ourselves, but we regret the way it worked out in the end." I feel sure something like that wouldn't have produced the $hit$torm that the "no regrets" did.

Maybe we can give Dabo and Brendan a thesaurus for Christmas.
