Saddle up fellas, we going to Omaha.
Heck, he might could be a 2 way player. He loves to hit people. He was a star defensive end in high school. Plays with good leverage and big wingspan. Oh, and a pretty good basketball player too. Article posted below. Hope the link works.
I know we just see the good clips but dem balls he was chunking were dancing. I love this kid already. Clemson culture fit. Go TIGERS!!!

I do not understand the fascination with joining the Big Ten.

We would not fit. And the SEC has far better stadiums to go to for weather and tailgating. The Big Ten would be fun for one or two seasons. After that no one would go to those games in the winter.
It would also be terrible for recruiting. The demographics in America have changed. That’s one of the reasons the Big Ten is nothing more than Ohio State today. The way we are moving into Texas and if you look at the states where the talent is and the fact that we have lost big-time recruits to SEC schools our recruiting would be even better by going to the SEC.

'til the postseason. It would be the crappiest regular seasons for anything Clemson related.

As a traditional kind of guy, if it came down to it, SEC is the only choice for me. Can’t see it any other way. Other than bowl games, I rarely go to away games and have no interest in Wisconsin or Minnesota. Don’t get me started on the turds or dotting their eyes. Disgusting!!!

Don’t recall seeing anyone post this last week, but it was announced that Ohio State copyrighted the word “the”. As in “The” Ohio State university.

They should have been paying him a HC salary, and not a bottom assistant salary. I couldn't hardly believe it when I saw what they were Bakich, and it's hard to believe that Michigan is that cheap with their coaches other than their FB coaches!!!

No doubt Coach B is well thought of by the players he recruits, I believe Neff hit a home run with this hire!!

This is exactly what I was going to say. These players that have been committed to Michigan for couple years obviously were committed to EB. That is super impressive to me because he is obviously a players coach and has great recruiting skills as these kids are jumping at chances to follow him 1000mi away.
That said, I see he had much larger reach in recruiting in EB's classes. I don't know if Lee didn't have the budget to reach out but most his recruits were SC players, then few from GA and NC, then maybe 1 outlier per class. I don't think SC can produce enough high talent per season to make it to CWS which was proven. CJL had kids recruited from all over the US when we had great seasons.
So question: was Lee a poor recruiter, lazy recruiter and took the easy local fruit, didn't have the recruiting budget to look nationally but that didn't stop CJL, or was it a combo of all? I don't follow recruiting closely for bball but i noticed about 90% SC players recruited in several classes and that seemed way high. Then look at Coots and they are from all over the US, but not saying they played better than Lee, but CJL classes were not 90% SC classes. Just curious for a friend!?

Baseball is massive in South Carolina.

We probably produce as much baseball talent per capita as any state in the country. I remember about 10 or 12 years ago I think they were seven colleges from South Carolina in the NCAA playoffs. A lot of that Town Of came out of South Carolina.

We were worried about those transferring out of Clemson when Lee was fired, but the balance is tipped toward Bakich at this point. We are shaping up to be a good team this Spring.
