Here's how you stop all this fake injury crap.

Give each team 3 injury timeouts per half. If they use them up they can either be charged a regular timeout or takes 5 yard delay of game penalty. Nobody would be stupid enough to tell their player to fake with these rules because a few real injuries would mean 5 yard penalties. Problem solved.

thing last night. If you have to sit out ONE play just because your helmet pops off, then a series because you are HURT seems reasonable. A very nice Georgia fan I met last night said Richt would never allow his players to fake an injury, but every drive we got rolling last night, a different Georgia player got hurt, then came back in in 3 plays or less....

If I were the coach, I'd just put in my cooler boy as the fake injury. Who cares if he sits out the series. No way would i let my stars do it. Don't think that would work.

Faking an injury won't have a long shelflife. Every time they take an unauthorized break we do too. We also have time to finetune our offense.

It didn't work for LSwho and it doesn't work for uga.

The antics by uga and lsu turned what would've been a bigger victory into a close win. Chad doesn't want his tempo limited. He doesn't want defenses substituting. Every time we get into a rhythm offensively this is how teams will counter unless we legislate against it.
