In 3 years Colorado is going to be winning a bunch of football games

And these “experts” are going to look dumb
That place was a cultural mess, and they needed to clean house
It’s not like they were winning 7-8 games a year either. They stunk!

They're gonna be Michigan st 2.0. They might get lucky with a good transfer from somewhere else, like MSU did with the wake RB, then come back down to earth. Prime won at the lower level because he had P5 talent against FCS competition; he won't have that advantage at Colorado.

Boulder, Colorado is so beautiful too. I've always believed that they could be a really good program. If they had adequate resources and a dedicated administration, they could be great. And with the NIL era upon us, they have access to Denver to generate so much money. I believe in Deion. He'll be able to sell to recruits and their families because of his pedigree and messaging. And he will be able to attract plenty of NIL opportunities that will attract elite athletes. He did that at Jackson State and he will do that at Colorado.

Is 20 or so miles away from one of the most beautiful national parks in America - Rocky Mountain Natinal Park.
If I was on 'ship there I would definitely stay on campus in the summer. I'd take the fewest and easiest classes I could and spend as much time as possible hiking those trails.
If I were a coach there, I'd set all my official visits during the summer.

set all official visits during the summer so the recruits won't see how cold it gets there.

Of course. But they might as well get used to the cold now. A lot of them will be getting drafted by northern NFL teams.

I 100% agree. Rocky Mountain National Park is amazing. I've been several times. They could also drive to other beautiful places in the state like Gunnison, Aspen, Breckenridge. If they had time for a road trip, southern Utah and northern Arizona are incredible as well.

But eventually they will exchange one cultural cancer for another.
I'm not even convinced that Deion stays three years.

improving the roster and team in a thoughtful way that is going to make it tough on him. Compared him to Lincoln Riley's more measured approach at USC.
I like Deion, but he could have handled things better.

If Colorado wins a reasonable amount of games in years 1-2, Prime won't have a year 3. He'll be hired by Auburn or LSU or Wisconsin or the like.
If he doesn't win a reasonable amount of games, the administration will think they've been hoodwinked and will pay off the remainder of his contract to get someone more established with more steak and less sizzle.
I don't see a scenario where Deion Sanders is entering his 15th year at Colorado because he gave them stability as a football school like Dabo did here. Not 15, not five, and I'd put money on him not staying more than a couple of seasons.

I agree. I do think he will have success from the get go, he has the program structured similar to Dabo. He’s the CEO, not the X and O guy, has a really good staff and he sells the vision and the program. But as you said, once he gets that success he’s gone at the best big brand opportunity.

Hard to tell, especially if Colorado joins another conference soon.

Deion will leave after his Son finishes the next 2 years! His Son will not make it to the NFL as a QB.
