kids getting killed in schools by AR-15s won't stop either.
I am sure more cops being hired so they can stand in the hall way and do nothing is the perfect solution too.

Those AR-15's are just walking around by themselves?

the culprit is the sickness. IF the AR-15 goes away the sickness is still there. Where is the debate about how to cure the sickness? The logic is lost on so many in our culture and these discussions are so exhausting if logic is ignored.

to address mental health in the country.
I'm dead serious, we could throw our entire Defense budget at it. Not saying we shouldn't address it, but I fear the shear plethora of issues we have are going to cost a lot more than we could possibly imagine.
Right now, we have the most divided nation ever. Even if there is a good idea, and more than 75% of Americans support it, neither side will come to an agreement out of this ideology that the other side is bad and/or they want to be the ones who presented a bill. Or,...most commonly, they won't support it b/c they can't get some obscure Rider attached b/c they got some corporation bankrolling their actions and they'll just shoot it down out of spite.

people have tried to kill the sickness but their fear of the word socialism holds back any possible solution.
Most of the United States live pay check to check (even during the span of 2016 - 2020) due to the sky rocketing cost of rent and utilities and you expect them to be able to send themselves or a child to the therapy they need.
Currently about half of the politicians have tried absolutely nothing and are convinced nothing will work.
But...if we look an historical reference from our great country...there was a 10 year ban from 1994 - 2004 on assault rifles...you can "do the research" to see how much the violence decreased during that time and what has happened since it expired.
Also "mental health issues" are not unique to the US...neither are video games, divorces, abusive families, etc.
However what is unique to the US is have zero actions taken after each mass shooting.

Now can you please change your name so that your initials are no longer AR? I'm sure some are still threatened by those letters.

Well, he probably cares more about endorsements, getting drafted, money, his family, and future. Being called AR15 hurts all of those goals. He might not be liberal at all. He might even own an AR. Its a smart business decision. He would be an idiot not to change it if he cares about money and his future.

He is projected 1st or 2nd round in the draft. His image matters.
