"check" Wilkins gave him on the first sack...? No link, but 'check it out (in?)'... He sure hopped up quick and was looking back.

What Christian did last year was embarrassing for himself and the program. I wish fans would quit bringing it up, as if it's a funny thing. I would be very surprised if CW pulled anything like that in a game again.

Even if it's said sarcastically, we need to let the whole topic alone. And, I'm a wife and mother of four, not a "bud" (most here assume all readers ar T-Net are male).

I understand things are perceived differently between men's and women's sports. But antics on both sides can be nasty. I dont expect you to understand it, your perception is completely different. This stuff happens, its part of the game, and its part of the way guys do things in physical situations like football and other sports. You can disagree all you want and say its wrong, but this is how dudes are, always have been, always will be. You may think its despicable, but I dont expect you to understand why it happens, or expect you to understand that this type of stuff toughens you, makes you smarter, makes you compete harder. It tests you and develops you into someone more prepared to handle tougher challenges down the road.
Personally, I would rather my kid play in a tough league with dumb antics like this than see my kid play in a league where everyone has to be "PC" ad everyone gets a trophy. Why? Because it teaches him that if he doesnt want to be the recipient of that stuff, then he better work harder, play smarter, and BEAT the other person/team. That will translate to a significant life lesson that will make him work harder and smarter at everything he does, be it school, being a father, his career, etc etc.
Let the boys play, cheer for the Tigers, and let Dabo handle the players.

Three of my kids are boys (ages 19, 17, and 12), and the older two have played and still play football. I understand guys are very different creatures than girls and don't expect them to act the same. My point was that what happened on national TV was a black eye for Clemson and I am sure if you asked Dabo, he would say he doesn't want his players doing that. There are other ways to get into the opponents head without groping ########. And, that being said I don't think poorly of Christian. He did something that he thought previously was okay. He made a mistake and he's moved on. If only fans and haters could, too.
And now I will continue to get ridiculed and heckled for not getting on board with this topic.

No need for anyone to ridicule you. You have every right to your view. This is Clemson, we are all family.

There will always be people that are unfamiliar with the camaraderie and unique relationships that develop between players of men's team sports and the antics that come along with them. When I saw was CW42 did on a replay it didn't phase me at all as being grossly inappropriate or anything like that—it just reminded me of playing football in HS where the same types of things are quite common.
However, regardless of how many (possibly most) of us feel, there will always undoubtedly be those who do not see it through the same lens. The majority of people in that subgroup are likely a bunch of pu$$ies looking for their safe spaces, but there are also some regular people that just don't understand the type of antics and horseplay that goes on in football—among teammates and opponents alike.
Regardless of how each of us personally feels about what happened, we can all agree that we want Clemson University and our football team to be respected and admired. Even if most of us don't see the whole thing as a big deal, there will always be some that do, and it's best for the University that we aren't associated with fondling or any other type of negative actions (not saying that what CW42 constitutes fondling, only that some ppl saw it that way).
As far as the part about what kind of league you would want your kid to play in, I couldn't agree more.
