Our house in Macon closed this morning, so we're officially homeless until next week. Movers loading us up on the 11th and we're closing on our house in Simpsonville on the 12th. We've been gone 15 years and can't wait to get back! To get rid of all this GA c r a p (driver's license and tags) and get back to the Tiger's and God's country will be wonderful.

We lived in Stonehaven for years. Sold the house that we had been in for 25 years and moved a little further out Woodruff Road (Chestnut Pond).

Definitely more obnoxious GA fans around Atlanta. I live in the north Atlanta suburbs, and it's been even worse the past two years. Would love to move back to God's country, but grandkids are here.

You are better off in Simpsonville than Ga. but God's
Country starts in Greenville and runs thru Clemson and
the rest of the foothills.If you want to be around a
lot of Clemson fans, move to Anderson area.You are
fortunate tho..I am stuck from now on in Cooterville.

I wanted to look in Anderson, Powdersville, and Easley area. Wife was pretty set on S'ville. I tried to explain that we could get more house for the money in those areas to no avail.

We live between Easley, Anderson and Powdersville. The address is Easley. 30 minutes to downtown Greenville and 25 minutes to Clemson campus. We have been back here a little over 3 years and love it. Lived out of state for 33 years and won’t be doing that again.

I live and walk downtown everyday.
It's nothing but out state license plates and tourists now.
I'm seriously considering moving out of Greenville County in the next year or two. Maybe to Spartanburg because it feels more like the SC I knew growing up.

I know that feeling well, being in a new town waiting for the movers to show up with my stuff....Gaffney to Asheville (just a one day wait)....Asheville to Salt Lake City....SLC to Wilmington NC.....Wilmington to Knoxville TN.....then Knoxville to Spartanburg (just a two day wait).
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable!

although I'm not sure if it will be a Tesla.
I like the IONIQ, the XC-40, and the Ford F150 Lightning but they are all terribly overpriced.
The Mazda MX-30 and the Audi e-tron are definitely more reasonably priced. Still, the Tesla's are more economical and proven.

Congrats. Does the new house have a tankless or standard hot water heater? Just asking because the tankless heater may save you a little washing the GA off.
