Well, the way ole Monte has us playing that's about what we deserve. Real top 10 or 15 programs wouldn't go to Winthrop. Just my opinion. We have fallen into irrelevance under this clown.

I loved it and a good chance for Tiger fans in York County to see a midweek game and not get home at 1:30. nice crowd, though Winthrop was ill prepared with staff.
I don't feel like we need to play here every year, but Winthrop has a decent ballpark and I sure hope it won't be three decades before we play here again.

You think that’s bad the staff working the game was incompetent. I bought 5 reserved seats and when I got there 3 women were sitting on my row. I tried to tell them they were in my seats and they wouldn’t even look at my phone. Idiotic chic on the end says we were told this is general admission. First 3 Winthrop folks I talked to was unsure what was supposed to be reserved and what was general admission.

Those 3 hags would have been up and out of those seats if they were mine. That is just rude. I don’t care what they were supposedly told. I was at the game and it was a full house. I would bet they knew those seats weren’t general admission. I saw so many people walking around in the reserved area looking for empty reserved seats. We had really good seats that I bought through the athletic department at Winthrop.

Yeah I’m emailing and calling today. The staff needs someone competent working games like this or stick to hosting Redford and High Point.
Hope my story helps them figure it out before Scar comes to town. That trashy fan base will fight amongst each other.

WOW, AFTER READING THIS THREAD I REALIZE WHY OUR COUNTRY IS IN THE SH!TTER. THE VIDEO WAS NOT GOOD. BIG DEAL. THERE WAS VIDEO. WINTHROP IS NOT IN A POWER 5 CONFERENCE. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURSES THAT MOST TEAMS DO. WHY NOT JUST BE THANKFUL IT WAS ON AT ALL. WINTHROP HAS A VERY NICE PARK FOR THEIR LEAGUE. AND FOR THE IDIOT THAT SAID WE SHOULD NOT LOWER OURSELVES TO GO THERE WE SHOULD PLAY ALL AROUND THE STATE AND LET OUR FANS BE ABLE TO WATCH US PLAY. HOPEFULLY SOME OF YOU GOOBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REPRODUCE. I WENT TO GAME. IT WAS A VERY ENJOYABLE EVENING.
