I'm a little worried about Wake

I hate to say it but they play hard and have had a good season for their standards. Plus at night on the road. Not going to be a gimme. If we win out we are in but I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy about us doing that at this point

Normally I would be too in a game like that. But after this weekend and after a tough loss I acutally feel bad for wake this week.

And I hope the team reflects that mentality. We definitely need to play smarter football, but we also need to play mad. Football is a rough, violent game. Our team is too good to have lost to that average team last Saturday. The players AND the coaches need to sack it up and work harder than they've ever worked to make sure that doesn't happen again. If they didn't have a chip on their shoulders before, they should now.

Inconsistent focus seems to have been our problem.

Don't think it's a problem any longer.

We now have a greater sense of urgency than we have had to date and a laser focus. If the ##### don't kill you, it makes you stronger.

They got a really good disciplined defense that's kept them in games. As BV says, great gap integrity. But, we really should not have any problem stopping them. May be a low scoring game.

They've got a solid defense and a terrible offense, they're basically Boston College with better coaches.

I for one have no problem with the good Card fans who did not attack our win. I really enjoyed the trip up there and hope to go again. Hope the water has not been too poisoned. Louisville was a better choice than basketball school-UConn for the ACC. Others may not share my sentiment.

I do hope you guys finish with a big win in a New Year's Six Bowl.
