The defense played balls out all night. We didnt just game plan to stop the run and make McGuire beat us. We played several different options.
Now, they probably score more than 17. But we were also gashing their D. Their D was the bigger factor last year than Winston.

just need a couple more top recruiting classes. Remember the Alabamas and FSU's have that kind of talent haul coming in every year. If somebody doesn't pan out, it's not a big deal, especially in bama's case since a scholarship is a yearly performance renewal.

Honestly, our defense played a wonderful game. The quarterback for most of the game was on his butt. Weather the quarterback was Winston or not, he still can throw off of his butt. The only reason they scored at the end was coaching. Playing against the #1 team in the country.. I'm very proud of our performance and I'm proud to be a tiger.
