Actually it only says something about the video board on the East side:
"Construction crews have begun the process of upgrading the Westzone Concourse Club and the new east end zone video board at Clemson’s Memorial Stadium"

That's essentially the bulk of the project. I believe it is in phases for the $65M.

The bulk of the project was adding the upper deck to the EastZone.

All I ever heard was it was "paused" due to Covid in 2020. I've seen no other updates since the pausing.

It was like 2500 seats on one side of the hill. It wasn't an upper deck... OP is confused.

It was both sides of the hill and it would be considered an upper deck, since the hill is the top of the lower deck.

It was small strips of seats where the handicap seating is now…hardly an upper deck.

So technically, it's not a full Upper Deck, but it could be considered a hill upper deck.

Yeah, I see that now. It's just a scoreboard and some fencing/path improvements near the street. The original Phase 1 did show many higher cascading seats to both corners of the Hill. I think it was best to scrap those seats and keep the full panoramic street view open.

There was never a concourse or sectional. It would have been built onto the existing seats beside the hill. I guess our definitions are different for upper deck. If you info is more current then go with it. I just answered your original question.
