Having a gun, caring for it responsibly and possessing it lawfully or not while partaking in activities in which you aren’t supposed to possess one isn’t subjective. Firearm carry laws aren’t gray areas, only black and white.

With “Pot” in possession is key word here. Even if you are a concealed carrier, it is unlawful to possess a firearm and consume alcohol in an establishment or be under the influence of alcohol. It is a federal crime. Pot on the other hand, it is illegal to possess in the first place, having a firearm on you just multiplies the charges.
Know your gun law bro!

You can have a firearm in your glovebox, or console. You can’t have it displayed or visible by others in public. If you have a shotgun or rifle, it has to be unloaded and it only is allowed to carry to and from hunting locations. Open carry law just passed in South Carolina but it doesn’t go in effect until August.

I'm struggling to understand if you want more gun control or think it's OK for black Clemson football players to carry guns without CC permits. I'm not sure how being black or being a Clemson football player factors into your opinion of gun control, or, if how I feel (conservative) about gun control might influence your entire outlook on people owning guns and government establishing and enforcing gun laws.

I never said he shouldn’t have been arrested.
But definitely not kicked off the team and called a thug by a lot of the fanbase.
Funny you’re all about following the law, but I’d bet my last dime your were defending Dabo when he jumped out of his vehicle after getting pulled over.

Wow, how dramatic of you.
Derion Kendrick was in and out of the doghouse his entire Clemson career. He was suspended 2 games in 2020. And then the arrested and kicked off the team. The arrest was because he was found asleep in his car with a gun in his lap and weed on him. Very poor series of decisions for Kendrick since he’s been here. Wish we still had him. He’s a stud.
It would be no different if it was Jamie skalski.
