Clemson offense looking to finish strong as quarterback battle lingers

Last season’s Clemson football team proved that it isn’t how you start, it’s how finish. The Tigers started the season slow, and even fell behind Alabama in the title game, before finishing with a National Championship.

If the offense can consistently score against this defense,

than we don't have much to worry about this coming season.

I think a pre_seasion game or two would be a win_win for every one. Pick a similar quality team in a controlled scrimmage . Let the proceeds go to a good charity . Who is in ?

Makes you wonder how much BV lets Defense tank

in these controlled scrimmages. There is no way Offense is scoring 4-5 times in a row against Wilkins, Lawrence and 1st team D unless DB's are terrible at this stage of development.

I am cautiously optimistic. I still remember the preseason

hype from last year when I, and others, thought we would have the best offense of all time, and then we sputtered for awhile. You just never know what is going to happen until the real switch is thrown and the first game is here. That being said, I think this season is going to be a fun ride, not much experience, but as much raw talent in the two deep as we have ever had on the offensive side.

Last year the switch was thrown at Jordan-Hare, always a tough venue. This year it will be at Death Valley, against Kent State. I think the Tigers will start off better. :)

Will the spring game be televisized?

I would like to record it. Thanks
GO TIGERS!
